Well we're trying to wrap this up. Keep getting attacked in artist alley though. We wanted to be out of here 2 hours ago but that aint happening. So, heading back to aheria and kashs tonight, then back to CT in the morning.

Loved meeting Samii, actually got to say hi several times. Glad she made it! Met a lot of other furres.. some I knew some I didn't. Many many artist connections though, so many wonderful people here. Glad we got our names out there, it's amazing how popular you get and how quickly.

Someone found me, that I was not expecting to be looking for me. It's funny what you find out is said behind your back/about you, and it's even funnier when it doesn't surprise you at all. heh.

Wrapping this up, my damn leg is asleep and my knee is swollen to bout four times the wrong size... thank god for these delicious meds.

ttyl!!

btw if you're following me here, i'd advise following my FA or Myspace more than this. I update those more often.

More updates, wtf ever! If you don't follow my myspace, you'll be stuck with semi random stuff here.

Dearc on myspace btw. Don't mention facebook to me.. I'll eat you.

Surgery this friday. Repairing my knee, yay! This is greatly hindering my work out routine but.. I just got cleared from Ortho to continue upper body, so it's not all lost.

Meds haven't changed, nope. Sickness hasn't either, nope. I'm still insane/broken/in pain/unable to sleep -- however the increase in work out has helped sleep go from 2 to 3 hours before waking up. Oh yes, I shall achieve a full night's sleep... some day.

Had a great halloween weekend. Check the myspace photos, second page, for my costume =P You've been warned, NOT FOR CHILDREN /cackles.

Hm, not much else to say. Scoping a fursuit, got a bunch of commissions out. Yush, I'm back. phear~

Oh and I quit wow. /gleems

Boring evening, plans fell through.. so I ended up talking almost all night with a good friend of mine. Was up until what seemed like 3 AM. Medication finally hit, went to sleep, I awoke at 7:30.. threw on my uniform, grabbed my gym bag, rushed out the door. I almost got up to the gate on base and realized, it's Sunday....

1 cup normal, 2 cups insane?

Randomness of posting seems entirely off. I never use this thing anymore, or my da, or any of those sites. I've really lost touch with the whole social networking online. Ah well, not even sure who is still out there anymore.

Hm, what to update? Guess. school is slow in the coming but i'm making it. Will be done with my Bachelors here in a year or so.

I was submarine Disqualled last week, meds they have me on killed any future in the navy. Still sick, will be for the rest of my life it looks like. wohooo.. bleh

My Navy career is ending earlier than it would of normally. Less than two years left here, then it's back home for a real job. Hope the job market opens up in my field by the time I get out there.

That's about it... addicted to wow again, i play ddr now.. heh.. and rockband.. and.. LOSER! i know, wtf ever. meh

SEATTLE – A 61-year-old former University of Washington staff member doused himself with gasoline and set himself ablaze Thursday in the midst of a crowded campus plaza. He died a short time later.

The man, who authorities did not immediately identify, died shortly after he was brought to Harborview Medical Center, hospital spokeswoman Susan Gregg-Hanson said.

"We do not know why he did it," said UW Assistant Police Chief Ralph Robinson, adding the man suffered second- and third-degree burns. "That's a big mystery."

The man had been part of the university's support staff, Robinson said. He said he didn't know what department the man worked in, or when or why he left.

Witnesses in Red Square, a large brick plaza at the center of the Seattle campus, reported seeing "this big flame and a ball of fire" around 1 p.m. Thursday, Robinson said.

Student Trevor Preston said he was walking out of a library when he saw the man in the middle of the plaza pouring liquid on himself from a large container.

"Everyone was eyeing him because we couldn't comprehend that he was actually pouring gas on himself," Preston said.

Not that I promote suicide in any way shape or form, but this is hilarious to me. Not the fact the guy found some reason to kill himself, but the reaction of the people. Americans are so pathetic. We are bottled up into our own overly self-conscious conceded egotistic stupid beliefs that no one even has a clue where this guy was coming from. With our nation, and the world, upside down right now, struggling economy, flailing assistance from our government, haphazard promises from future leaders, school shootings, rape, murder, fraud statistics,.. families having to pick between living in a box or living in their car, starving children in this nation, everything.. absolutely everything... "big mystery"? Buddhist Monks burnt themselves repeatedly in staged protest against many afflictions their way of life held. It's not a mystery. The mystery is the state of affairs we, in 2008, are in. That's the only mystery.

TOKYO: A 43-year-old Japanese woman whose sudden divorce in a virtual game world made her so angry that she killed her online husband's digital persona has been arrested on suspicion of hacking, police said Thursday.

The woman, who is jailed on suspicion of illegally accessing a computer and manipulating electronic data, used his identification and password to log onto popular interactive game "Maple Story" to carry out the virtual murder in mid-May, a police official in northern Sapporo said on condition of anonymity, citing department policy.

"I was suddenly divorced, without a word of warning. That made me so angry," the official quoted her as telling investigators and admitting the allegations.

The woman had not plotted any revenge in the real world, the official said.

She has not yet been formally charged, but if convicted could face a prison term of up to five years or a fine up to $5,000.

Players in "Maple Story" raise and manipulate digital images called "avatars" that represent themselves, while engaging in relationships, social activities and fighting against monsters and other obstacles.

The woman used login information she got from the 33-year-old office worker when their characters were happily married, and killed the character. The man complained to police when he discovered that his beloved online avatar was dead.

Even if the stomach, the spleen, 75 percent of the liver, 80 percent of the intestines, one kidney, one lung, and virtually every organ from the pelvic and groin area are removed, the human body can still survive

There are 45 miles of nerves in the skin of a human being.

When we touch something, we send a message to our brain at 125 mph.

In one square inch of skin we have nine feet of blood vessels, 600 pain sensors, four yards of nerve fibers, 1300 nerve cells, 9000 nerve endings, 36 heat sensors, 75 pressure sensors, 650 sweat glands, 60,000 pigment cells, 100 sweat glands, 3 million cells, and an average of 32 million bacteria.

Your fingernails grow four times as fast as your toenails.

The skin of the armpits can harbor up to 516,000 bacteria per square inch, while drier areas, such as the forearm, have only about 13,000 bacteria per square inch.

There are about 2 million sweat glands in the average human body. The average adult loses 540 calories with every liter of sweat and men sweat about 40% more than women.

Time for another glorious update I suppose.

Disappointments: I missed visiting Aheria and Kash. They were out this direction visiting family and I was a bit too busy to make it up that way. I was looking forward to seeing my friends again, especially after everything that had happened. Hopefully I can catch them another time, as I doubt I'll be out that way any time soon.

Good Stuff:
I got rid of the other two cars, and purchased a 2007 Subaru WRX with 19k miles on it. I'll take pics when I get around to buying a camera. I plan on putting some customizations on the vehicle, tuning it up about 70 horsepower more than it already is, lights, some internal painting, what not. It'll be a few years before I get it done, taking it slow and in steps while I pay off some other things.

I paid off some more bills, I'm only down to the 1 car, the 1 credit card, and the school loan. School Loan is in deferment now, so it's good for a few years that way. Once the CC is paid off I will start making payments on it.

School is going along. I'm 1.5 semesters into it now, several more to go though. I have 2 certs complete, 1 more to do this semester and more next. One step at a time, it's slow, but I'll get there in a few years.

I met someone who's fabulous. I think one of the most understanding and accepting person I've met, in regards to me. We have a lot of the same experiences in life, so it's easy, very easy, to relate to one another. We've been having a good deal of fun together the last few weeks. It's nice to date someone who actually matches you, for once.

Halloween: No plans firm yet. Jesseika wants me to go down to VA for her Halloween party. I really should, I've not been able to make anything she has invited me to for the last few years. There's some NYC things going on, and one thing in Boston as well. I'll have to decide.

Also, about Halloween, I'm actually decorating. I haven't done that, ever. Dollar Store and Wal Mart has some cheap things and we've thrown some things together to kind of decorate the outside. Typical stuff, spider webs, little skeleton thing, some spiders, black light, window stickers and... we made a little grave yard. mwahaha. I need to get two lights to light it up all and it'll be done. I'll take pics as well, if anyone really cares!

Other than that, I have nothing. I update this so infrequently it's not even funny. I keep saying I will get into it, but I won't, ever, really get into it. I update when I can, I read my friend's journals and keep track of my 'scene' this way. I keep an eye more on my myspace than I do anywhere else now. I've managed to find a few old high school friends there, and several other people/events/venues.

On another note, Mid got me into Scooter a few years. I've been listening to him since. Scooter has some more recent music out which I've gotten hooked on. Additionally, Jumpstyle and Melbourne Style dancing has become an interest to me. I've started learning Jumpstyle. Melbourne will be hard for me to learn because of my broken ankle, but I'm trying. Still, glowsticking and industrial are about the best I do right now. We'll see!

Nothing else, really, for now. Oh, I played Spore! Fun stuff. Um, WoW is a difficult thing, I think I'm quitting I don't know. I got the expansion but.. eh, losing interest. I guess it'll come back when I find more time.

Not sure of plans for Xmas. Plans for next year already including traveling out to Idaho and Washington state. Visiting Grandfather and Auntie, and hopefully bringing Grandfather back with me. Take him around the East Coast, show him some things and what not. I miss him, I miss my whole family.

2 more years until I transfer back out there. 3.5 Until I'm out of the Navy.

Wootness for that.

I'm done ranting, ttfn!

In case anyone was wondering, I just talked to one of the staff members for DSF2008. I've been informed that the festival has been postponed due to conflicting schedules and finances. The DSF2008 site manage is unavailable to give the update about this, unfortunately.

Hopefully things will be worked out soon and the new schedule will be posted. As I find out, I'll post here for anyone who misses the announcements.

Couple more random thoughts.

Darkstar is coming up in a few months. Hurray for that. BSF should be early next year. If they keep the timing I'll be close for 3 more, then have to start flying out for that one.

Bills are getting paid, again, finally. And.. I experienced the weirdest thing in the world, computer wise. Ethernet ports and start on boot applications failed to load after my computer crashed. Took 24 hours of troubleshooting and a reinstall of windows to figure out,... my fan had loosened a stick of ram. Go me! ><

2 IT Certs done now, 45 credits into my degree. Next IT cert coming up in a few months. Work work work.

My mind is racing pretty badly this afternoon.

I found a sticker for a red delicious apple. Speaking of which...

Hrn, the challenges of picking which venue to go to this weekend. Do I go North, an hour, or two, or four. Or do I go to NYC, or south, or.. hmm. Let us decide, perhaps over a shot or two.

Coin games are fun until the coins start flying at you. >< Thankfully everyone has bad aim.

Not going to bother updating other than this.

Selling the WRX AND the Mazda, as soon as I find a buyer for the WRX. Got my eyes set on a 2008 WRX with only 3.8k miles on it. ECO Demo, spark metal gray, navi package with moon roof. Pretty nice car, just gotta sell these first.

Work is pissing me off regularly. Hurricane is coming. Can't get drunk enough fast enough.

Liver is better, doc says I'll have an enlarged one for the rest of my life most likely. As well as the swollen glands. Unless they remove them. Glands, not the liver.

Sleep Apnia into phase 2 of medication testing. Woot for b.s.

I love a clean house. So much nicer here.

Dwindling with the idea of quitting wow again, at least till xpac. Spore comes out Sunday.

Thinking of buying an Xbox.

Ruthie, your dolls scare me.

I am looking for a make-up artist / designer / clothing specialist to assist in designing and creating a set and look for Halloween. Please contact me at tchardraggy@yahoo.com with information regarding your previous experience, portfolios, location and proposed/desired pay.

The closer you are to New London/Groton CT, the better, but for the right person paid travel will be considered, or I will come to you.

This is to be an all or nothing project, start to finish. I challenge you to be creative.

Alrighty.. so, as I stated, I don't really use this stupid thing for much than venting. But here is a small update for anyone who still watches me.

We moved. We got tired of New London, the disgusting area, mean people, horrible brick building of an apartment. We moved into Military Housing, but.. at least in my opinion, we got a really great deal. We're in a 6plex of town houses, 2 stories. We're second from the end. We have alot more room than we ever have before, upstairs downstairs, 2 bathrooms.. 2 bedrooms. We have grass! Never had a yard before. The lot next to our building is nothing but open grass and tress. This building is a little secluded, which is nice. I should take some pictures. Now mind you, it's not perfect! but.. it's alot better than the cellblock we were living in. Our neighbors here are all very friendly. I think this will be good for us for the next few years, until we transfer again.

Hoping to get a husky foster in here soon. Rai has the home visit scheduled for next weekend. Still have the cat, down to 2 lizards =( and 2 snakes. Our littlest lizard took her own life in her water bowl.

The new computers are built. 2500 bucks, but they are built, and they are beautiful, and they go vroom. Only a few small differences between the two systems, but basically.. they both sport the following:

EVGA Nvidia 790i SLI motherboard
Intel Q9450 quad core processor
1333Mhz DDR3 RAM
EVGA GeForce 9600 GT 512 Video Cards

The rest is just cooling and power. For those that know anything about computers.. I found a power supply that has 60 amps on it's 12v rail. That is amazing to me.

My system has a bunch of colored lights in it, red and blue, looks purple in the back. Her's doesn't have a clear case, but has some blue in the front 120mm fan.

As for anything else, life is life. Still sick. Still grumpy. Still hate life. But, at least the surrounding of our misery has changed for the better.

Oh, and if anyone has a nice 2 burner gas grill they don't want... mail it to me. I won't mind at all =)
